Professor Xu Jing,?Vice Principal of Xichang University, has attended the "2018 'One Belt And One Road' Education Seminar in Central and Eastern Europe"?from the?23rd?of October to the 1st of November.?The seminar was organized by State Exchange Association?on Education International, and was held in Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.

During the seminar, Professor Xu learned?about the education system and teaching method?of the three countries, and exchanged views towards education and teaching characteristics of Xichang University with overseas scholars.
